KKT - Lifting Anchor System

The DEHA spherical head anchor is cast into the concrete together with a removable recess former, and can be used to carry loads in all directions. Anchors with load capacities of up to 450 KN are available. The universal head lifting links (UHL) can be locked to the anchor in seconds to enable the unit to be lifted and transported.
FRIMEDA Lifting Anchor System TPA
- 15 load classes from 0.7 to 26.0
- Confusion of load classes not possible, because only those components that belong together fit together
- Erection anchors protect the concrete when shear loads are applied
The FRIMEDA lifting anchor system consists of flat steel anchors, recess formers and lifting clutches. The design of the lifting clutches and anchors permit loads in any direction. One of the main benefits of this system is the availability of erection anchors for tilting of thin elements with no edge breaking. The clutches can be released either directly by hand at the clutch head or by remote control.
DEHA HD-Socket Lifting Anchor System
- Lifting anchor with increased load classes

- Lightweight but sturdy lifting system
The DEHA HD Anchor is a socket anchor with increased load classes. It has more advantages compared to the existing socket anchor systems as its increased load capacity extends up to 250 kN. The sleeves have a screw-in cap. This prevents dirt from entering the sleeve.
Because the diameter of the sleeve is substantially slimmer, the HD anchor can be installed in thinner components. It lifts using a special HD lifter or rotary head lifter. Alternatively, a DEHA HD Adapter can be screwed in and the component can be lifted and transported within seconds by means of a universal head-coupling.

HTA - Cast-In Channels

HALFEN channels and HALFEN bolts are an approved and safe system! Embedded in concrete the anchor channels are the ideal basis for adjustable, assembly friendly installations. The HALFEN HS bolts provide:

HZA - DYNAGRIP Cast-In Channels

DYNAGRIP HALFEN Channels are a new development for applications with high loads, where the channel is cast in vertically. The special toothed channels guarantee a positive mechanical connection, additionally the HZA DYNAGRIP HALFEN Channels can safely absorb fatigue-related stress ranges of up to 15.0 kN, with a number of cycles of N = 2x106. They therefore fulfil all the requirements for the secure fixing, for example, elevator guide rails or crane runways. The channels are also ideally suited for vertical installation, e.g. in concrete columns carrying longitudinal loads.
HALFEN HZA-PS Cast-in channels are suitable for applications in safety relevant areas of nuclear power plants and other nuclear facilities.

The HALFEN HCW Curtain Wall System is used to fix curtain wall façade elements quickly, securely and economically to the main structure of a building.
Different brackets are available which permit either assembly on the top or on the edge of concrete slabs. Three-dimensional, adjustable connection is possible for quick installation and to efficiently compensate for on-site tolerances when using the HALFEN HTA-CE anchor channel or HZA Dynagrip.
